After all these years, I finally decided to launch our catering/food truck business. We love what we do, and are as passionate as my grandfather Tato, when he started his own business. To this end, the love of my life, Jocelyn and I have put together a Caribbean-base menu with my Puerto Rican and her Dominican backgrounds, reminiscent of meals shared with family over the years.
